Day 127: Preassure reaction to mind pattern

For couple of weeks I have been occasionally experiencing strange physical reaction in regards to certain mind pattern. The reaction manifests as s feeling of pressure or cramp, located under on the left (hearth) side of my body, in hight of the the third rib and vertically aligned with the nipple. The pressure point feels like it is around one centimeter under the skin with radius of about three centimeters. This pressure like feeling activates when I allow myself some sub/un conscious pattern of anxiety and it lasts for several minutes. It is in a way cool indicator of mind patterns that allows me to become aware of them and deal with them. This feeling is a bit annoying since it feels like someone is pressing my chest and I do not want that. So I will look into it in order to remove the mind pattern that triggers this reaction.

I noticed that this reaction is triggered by very subtle, hard to define thoughts of various origin, but generally a sort of anxiety or fear. It triggers most often in the gym where I exercise regularly each morning at 6am. There is not many people there at such early hour and sometimes if I arrive right when they open, I am totally alone. Despite that my mind still manages to provide me some kind of worrying thoughts that develop feeling of anxiety and then also this pressures manifestation occurs.

I forgive myself that I have allowed and accepted myself to allow my mind patterns for so long time that they integrated deep into the physical tissue of my human body and became quantum physical reactions that are very hard do identify and stop. I realize that procrastination with allowing of some thought results in a very nasty consequence thus I commit myself to stop my thoughts immediately when they emerge.

I forgive myself that I have allowed and accepted myself to indulge in the feelings of energies, especially energies of warmth, softness and sexual energies. I realize that if I allow energies they become directive principle of my life and suppress my self-expression. Thus I commit myself to practice moderation in activities like resting and watching movies.

I forgive myself that I have allowed and accepted to think that is is sufficient to do daily vlogging and that blogging in not necessary to effectively advance in my process of self-realization. I realize that writing is the only tool with the power of slowing myself down and becoming aware of all tiny subconscious patterns that are necessary to be walked. Thus I commit not only to record one vlog per day but to also write one blog per day.

2012 - How I was Able to Hear the Desteni Message

My path of intensive self-realisation started in year 2000, when my first girlfriend with whom I lived together for 3 years left me on my big surprise. I was left in my own apartment, with recently started own business of graphic design and photography, so I had a lot of time and motivation to start a research what is going on in people's heads.

In the next 10 years I read hundreds of books on human relations, psychology, afterlife, spirituality, religion, new age, healing and metaphysics, visited many spiritual teachers, gurus, healers, religious groups and attended numerous seminars, camps, gatherings, fairs and related events. Thus I accumulated a lot of knowledge, experiences and realisations.

It was in fall of 2009 when I had a terrible accident while returning from a business meeting in late night. In darkness I overlooked an escarpment, fall very hard on my stomach, and punched my spleen. They immediately put me on surgery and removed my spleen. I was one of the lucky ones who had two spleens, so I had no problems by removing one of them. For 2 weeks I recovered in the hospital and then I continued with the healing process at my home.

While recovering on sofa in my living room, I amused myself with searching and watching for new age content on the net. One day, while I was browsing spiritual videos on YouTube I stumbled upon very unusual videos. There was some young figure, age about 20 with short blond hair, who spoke in video interviews and deeply exhaled and inhaled in the beginning and at the end of every video interview. Strange was also that this person used different name each time when introduced himself in the beginning of the video, right after first deep exhalation and inhalation.

What attracted me the most was the message that came through this interviews. It explained a lot of thing about dimensional existence, aliens, chakras, angels, demons, gods and the history of universe and human race. The message was very common sensical to me and explained more in detail everything about his existence and afterlife than every book or video that I read and watched so far. I became obsessed with watching this video interviews and watched them for several months, from morning to evening. There were thousand of them and I consumed them with great pleasure.

I noticed that this videos were from the same YouTube channel and that all had a web address at the end of the video, directing to Desteni web site. So after hundres hours of watching this Desteni videos, I decided to check the web site in order to see who was producing them. I found there even more interesting written material and the forum. I registered on Desteni forum, introduced myself and started the communication with the people there. They introduced me with the process of writing and self-honesty, so slowly it was also I who started to produce blogs and vlogs and begun sharing my and Desteni contend on the FaceBook.

Many however reacted to shared Desteni material extensively and this is for several reasons. Some did not have enough experiences to compare the information and see that Desteni is about equality and what is best for all, and there were also the light workers, rainbow warriors and religious fanatics, who preferred to hold onto their own beliefs and self-created good feelings and did not want to understand what was the core problem for all the suffering in this world. I time I slowly begun to understand, that only few people will be able to grasp the Desteni message and join the joint effort of establishing Equal Money System that will guarantee a dignified life for all living beings on this planet equally.

I am very thankful to Bernard, Sunette, Esteni, Andrea and all others who started the research and initiated the process of applying effective and practical solutions for the problems in this world. And I invite all the people who have at least one pinch of compassion left in them, to join people from all over the world who stand up strong and firm for equality and what is best for all. Stop living in alternative reality of your mind, become a Destonian, start breathing, bring yourself here and become one and equal with all life!

2011 - What about families in an equal money system?

In the current family system all the power has the one who earns most of money, and this is usually the male. Since children have no direct financial income, they are dependent on their parents. Children thus need to obey parents in order to survive and receive from them everything they need. Kids also have to accept the belief system of the parents in order not be in conflict with the parents regarding any opinion. Parents are also physically larger and much stronger than children so they also use physical force to shape children as they choose to. Grownups in this era, since they have to work many hours per day in order to earn enough money to support their families, have also very little time and patience to raise children properly. They use quick fixes, allow hyperactive children to get drugged and sedated instead of changing the way of living so that children would develop physically and mentally properly.

Current economic system puts a lot of pressure onto each member of society so that everyone is rushing and competing to become a winner and get the money. Children grow up in isolation and violent conditions of home, lacking social contacts with other humans, animals and plants, and becoming not much more than a living dead. Life in kids is suppressed, joy of living annihilated, and many commit suicide. This is the way our current society exists. Human is raised up as destroyer of all life, as separate from fellow living beings and perceives to be some more important form of life than other species. We have managed to walk on the moon, but we are incapable of walking in the shoes of those who suffer here on earth. What is the point of discovering other planets if we bring destruction everywhere we put our foot? This must stop, this must end.

As the solution to all this problems, we propose an Equal Money System that will guarantee dignified life for all. No abuse will be allowed, not even behind the walls of the private apartments. Each family generation living as separate is not natural. Native tribes know it much better and children are raised by all generations and many people of all ages so that every child develops a respectful social attitude towards all. They are also surrounded with many animals and plants and thus understand that we are all interdependent and interconnected. Not as the so called civilise people who poison and trash ground, rivers, seas and air in order to enjoy the good feelings. Equal Money will stop the cause for greed and profit, and natural balance will be restored. Every kid will receive the best education, regardless which part of the world will be born into. Everyone will receive enough money for dignified life from birth to death. No human, animal and plant will starve anymore. And instead of separate and isolate family constructs, we will become one big global family, respecting and supporting each other equally. So let's do it, let's make this world as soon as possible the best place for all.
